Feldenkrais is a gentle, guided movement technique- a
"re-learning" process that gets to the root of movement
patterns stored in the body.
Feldenkrais can resolve
chronic or habitual pain and
facilitate healing from
injury. While lying or sitting
comfortably, a series of
instructive movements help
relax tense areas, alter
habitual patterns, and
provide new movement
options. The instructions
are communicated through
slow, gentle touch and
verbal cues.
Most people experience a profound sense of deep
relaxation and renewed freedom that can restore ease,
comfort and an increase in range of motion.
