Lara’s Integrative Movement Inc. provides a private Pilates
studio utilizing the spring resistant Pilates equipment– the
Reformer, Cadillac or Trapeze Table and Wunda Chair as well
as mat workouts.
Pilates is a series of exercises which
has proven to be a very effective
technique for conditioning the body /
mind. The equipment is a system of
tensioned springs which provide a
uniform, progressive resistance
training that has a low impact
on the sensitive joints. By working
muscle systems, one can gain
strength, increase tone and
flexibility, improve coordination and
posture,body control and awareness,
as well as systemic healing for
injuries and sports rehabilitation.
